When I first downloaded MS Office 365, I could do double-sided printing on my MacBook Air. Once I downloaded Apple osSierra, I began to have problems with doubled-sided printing. I uninstalled and reinstalled MS Word, and until recently I could do double-sided priting from the MacBook. Now, again, I cannot. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office, and the issue remains unresolved. I have done all the updates for HP, MS, and osSierra. However, on my MacBook, I can double-side print from Pages (Apple's word processor), email, and any PDF file. The issue is with Word on the MacBook. Change your life with numerology. Throughout all of this I have never had a problem with double-sided printing in Word on my iPad, iPhone, or PC. It would appear that there is an issue between Apple's osSierra and HP. Thank you for this update. The issue remains that even though Word offers double sided printing, it does not work unless you change the document to PDF. The Wizard's default Layer Mapping setup can be modified and saved to a configuration file. In my conversatons with Microsoft techs, they acknowledge the issue and that it remains unresoloved, except that you have to add a step, creating a PDF. So, there is a solution, and Microsoft may or may no fix it so that the exra step is eliminated.
